Fulfillment

Built upon rigging of nearly three decades of experience, working with all levels in the workplace, and multiple proven tools across disciplines, the Edge Crossing approach centers what we call PassageMaking to the Profound. It’s a voyage using interconnected waypoints to activate and maintain progress toward intended futures. We know from experience, the most significant change is borne from profound moments of a below-the-surface intimacy in self-reflection, challenge, perspective-shifting, and soul stirring. These experiences reveal internal and external truths, which cannot be denied and become catalysts for progress, achievement, and fulfillment.

They lead to changes in ‘ways of being and ways of doing’. They produce outcomes that did not previously exist. They stimulate leaders’ evolution and transformation. They solidify a leaders foundation of integrity.

It is PassageMaking to the Profound and it leads from unnecessary suffering to fulfillment of intentions and dreams.

Perceptive Visionaries

Working with creators, business leaders, movement and difference makers, futurists and ideators, I relish my work with the perceptive visionaries in organizations.

  • They are action-oriented, strategic both burdened and compelled by their emerging vision and commitment to direct their life, organization , or community toward a new future.

  • They are driven to address the most pressing issues of our times.

  • And yet…they need to map their journey from current realities to the future knowing the paradoxes and challenges along their path.

  • Perceptive visionaries take responsibility for shifting the field of possibility for themselves, others, organizations, and their communities.

  • And want to do so with their heart and mind in alignment.

  • They continually look over the horizon to create the conditions for change for self, others, organization, and larger systems.

  • And, they don’t do it for nothing. They want personal growth, want to lead from the front, and expect multi-dimensional returns: returns on their investments, ideas, implementations, and interactions. It’s not just about money!

Mindful Achievers

Working with these mindful achievers – cross-functional business leaders, organizational, and institutional leaders, transformation leaders, and technical specialists – We are energized by work with system-inspired leaders seeking to level-up, create resonant people experiences, optimizing for their enterprises, and seeking to do so with responsible leadership. These are leaders working in B-Certified Organizations, Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), Corporate Responsibility, Purpose, Workforce Transformation, Non-Government Organization leadership, Higher Education leadership, and Non-Profit Leadership.

  • They are motivated to grow and thrive, focusing on accessing all of their personal leadership capability.

  • They are informed by core values that drive their why, shaping how they show up in pursuit of fulfillment.

  • They are also committed to the fulfillment and joy of those who look to their leadership and camaraderie.

  • And yet, they need to be attuned to the spaces between tasks and relationships where the invisible energies of polarities, conflict, disengagement, misalignment, stress and human dynamics influence results and outcomes, and most importantly, culture.

  • In addition to recognizing the ‘who’, mindful achievers take responsibility for the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ in organizations, around which things have the potential to work efficiently, humanely, and sustainably.

  • Just like perceptive visionaries, they continually look for measurable returns on ideas, investments, implementation, and interactions that serve organizational imperatives while being mindful of systemic cultures and environment.

  • They understand people want to be rewarded at work in the form of vertical growth, promotions, expanded roles, pay raises and bonuses.

Cornerstones of the Edge Crossing Approach

  • Icon of a person sitting in reflection with a luminous energy field surrounding their body; where the soul lives

    Pause Together

We believe in SOUL. We hold the space, create the container, and engage you as your coach and reflective partner. You come up with answers. This immersive work is patient, so you have the space to pause and deepen. Your Passage Making to the profound will unlock a sense of inner belonging. It will enhance your ability to connect with others.

  • Icon showing a person with arrows point upward above the head and shoulders representing emergence and vertical development

    Cross Edges Together

We believe in EMERGENCE. Our work together is like a series of extemporaneous dances. New information enters as we confront ideas, beliefs, attitudes, and actions of today, crossing edges to the emerging future. These are the edges you need to cross to a new frontier. They require new ways of being and doing in an exquisite balance.

  • Icon of two people with a spark between them representing disturbance that activates them in a positive way

    Dare to Disturb

We believe in ACTIVATION - Let disturbance be our ally. Disturbance of the positive variety is an asset. Unless we knock ourselves off of well-worn paths we will not expand. We will not move through what exists to claim what is emerging from the future. Passage Making to the profound’s genesis is embedded in this belief. So, let’s make a disturbance.

  • Icon with two people showing bi-directional connection at the heart level, and indicator of an intimate connection.

    Connect from the Inside-Out

We believe in an INTIMACY- All the work begins within, extending to relationships. Working together, you strengthen your capacity and capabilities in relational and body intelligences. We use metaphor, known and new aspects of your self, movement, and nature. You strengthen your co-creative capacity for trust and creating change.

  • Icon of a person with their right hand on their heart and left hand held up with hearts above their shoulders illustrating truth

    Explore Shadows and Light

We believe in TRUTH - The edge is where you learn what is inside – and that’s not always rosy and cheery. That’s not a reason to be afraid of your shadows. we are not afraid of your shadows, and neither should you be. The interplay of shadows and light holds the key to your future as a leader and reveals pathways to innovation.

“Coaching with Edge Crossing is deeper than tangible results. There is a below-the-surface intimacy. This is about having a deeper knowledge of yourself, yourself in relationships, how you change, how you evolve, how you actualize your intentions in complex systems without losing yourself and maintaining your integrity.”

It’s like having a compass that I can use over and over again to move with purpose through unfamiliar and changing territory.

Quinn’s Background

As a 28-year change consultant, organizational professional rising to the level of VP, executive & leadership coach in PwC’s Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence, and having been a guide for leaders in complex systems at all levels, I now partner with organizations, their teams, and talent to create the future of work they want at the intersection of leadership, relationships, wellbeing, and change.

As a former global faculty member with CRR Global, leading courses in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) along with real world client partnerships, I have developed expertise to facilitate team alignment and performance in complex systems. I am privileged to hold the position of Faculty Leader for the Co-Active Training Institute's 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program and the Co-Active Leadership Experience guiding groups of people from all walks of life to elevate their leadership through personal mastery. As an Accredited Coaching Supervisor, I have the honor to train some of the worlds most seasoned coaches in the discipline and art of Coaching Supervision and Reflective Practice with the Coaching Supervision Academy.

I have been committed to lifetime wellness from my teens years, through two academic degrees in human performance and health & wellness, and throughout my professional career. It is the lowest common denominator among humans for thriving. In fact, wellbeing is considered a human right by the World Health Organization its constitution, adopted decades on in 1946. My core philosophy and practice of wellbeing is based on energy. Everything is energy, which has led me to the practice of energy medicine. Aside from wellness coaching, as Master Energy Medicine Practitioner, with ongoing training through The Four Winds, I offer energy work to those who wish to engage in this ancient wisdom and healing art that connects all things.

I bring these and more past and ongoing experiences with me to every partnership, whether an organization or private client.
