Coaching confidence and mastery requires creative and systematic practice; preflective, reflexive, and reflective, to examine oneself as a coach. Group Team Coaching SuperVision

If you seeking coaching supervision, as an EMCC accredited coaching supervisor and ICF Mentor Coach, this path provides the coaching supervision hours required to earn the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) or renew your certification.

Converse and reflect with fellow team and ORSC coaches in a safe virtual room with the guidance of accredited coaching supervisors.

ICF Mentor Coaching

Expanding coaching range requires specific and ongoing attention to defined coaching markers, skills, and competencies. Driven by coaching cases, we explore what you’re doing, how you engage as a coach, and your habits that support you as well as those that get in the way of expansion and potentially the credential you want.

With qualified ICF Mentor coaching, backed by ICF PCC Marker training and years of training coaches, this is your path to focused and empathetic support.

Co-Active Certification Coaching

We support and empower coaches navigating the Co-Active Coaching certification process. With a wealth and depth of experience in Co-Active Coaching and Co-Active Leadership, plus insight as CTI Faculty, it is a pleasure to guide new coaches on their passage to CPCC certification.
